How to Make Strawberry Cream Cake

You can try this cake on any event such like EID’s Days, Mother’s Day or any event which you like. Two yellow sponge cake layers are filled with strawberry-studded whipped cream and it is completely covered with a fluffy cream frosting.

Ingredients :-

  • Eggs – 4
  • Castor Sugar – 100 gram
  • Flour – 100 gram
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

 

 

Method :- 

First beat the eggs and castor sugar in bowl until it becomes cream. Strain flour and backing powder. After this mix strain flour  and the mixture of eggs and add vanilla essence. Now put all of them into the eight (8) inch square or round shape cake pan and bake it for 20 minutes to 25 minutes on 180 degree centigrade temperature . After this take out from oven and keep it for cool and cut it into the two (2) portion.

Ingredients for Icing:

Cream – 3 packets
Icing sugar – 1/2 cup
Fresh strawberries – 1 kg
Sugar syrup – as required
Method for Icing:

Now Beat the icing sugar and cream  until it becomes thick. now cutting the strawberries . Moist the cake with sugar syrup, then put all the strawberries on top and cover it with the cream. Then put the second portion of strawberries and cover with cream too. Decorate it with cream and strawberries.  And in last freeze the cake and serve it .
